You can find your Box 5G login details on the label on the underside of your box. If you've changed them and forgotten them, you can reset your box manually. To reset your box: when it's switched on, use a pointed object to press and hold the "RESET" button on the back of the box for around 5 seconds, and the box will perform a reset followed by a restart. This procedure will restore the factory settings, and you will then be able to use the Wi-Fi password again to connect to Wi-Fi and the management interface.

You can also press the "Login without password" button on this page, then press the WPS button on your box for about 5 seconds to identify yourself.
